Roundtable is a monthly meeting with all the units in our Council designed to support and strengthen unit leaders by serving as both a front-line training session and a resource hub. It provides timely updates on policies, practical program ideas, and valuable networking opportunities for Cub Scout and Scouts BSA leaders.
The primary purpose of Roundtable is to offer supplemental training that helps leaders deliver a more engaging and effective Scouting program within their units. Meetings typically feature breakout sessions for Cub Scouts and Scouts BSA, hands-on program ideas, and updates on upcoming district and council events.
Just as importantly, Roundtable creates a collaborative environment where leaders can share experiences, discuss challenges, and gain support from fellow volunteers and commissioners.
