The Pacific Rim District covers Scouting units in Fiji, Japan (not including Okinawa), Philippines, and Taiwan (This district also covers the following countries that currently don't have units in them:  Australia, Cook Islands, French Polynesia, Kiribati, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu). If you are looking to get your child involved in the program or wish to volunteer as a leader, please contact the district leaders below.  They can assist you in finding a unit or volunteer opportunity with Scouting.

Youth Protection Training in Japanese

Below is the latest version of YPT transcribed into Japanese. Two versions of the test are included.  These Japanese resources are for reference only so that non-native English Scouters can use these to broaden their understanding and help with the test to make sure they understand the materials. Just so you know, it cannot be used as a replacement for the YPT training.
