Boy Scouts Of America

Far East Council

The Far East Council provides the programs and services of the Boy Scouts of America to more than 4,200 young people and 2,200 volunteers in Asia. The Council is led by a volunteer Executive Board of community and business leaders and supported by the Scout Executive.

The Council serves the following communities with four geographically divided districts led by a committee of volunteers and each supported by a full-time District Executive:

Asia East District - Japan (not including Okinawa)

Asia West District - South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China

Asia Central District - Okinawa

Asia South District - Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Vietnam, Australia, Nepal, Cambodia, Indonesia and Bangladesh.
